    Third London print 1861/62: 10 c. bright blue on lightly blued paper, an unused example with large even margins all round, showing "Retouch to CORREOS and COLON", with the retouch being particularly clear on the first three letters of each word, and also a clear retouch to "CO" of FRANCO. Horizontal bend and without gum but very rare.
