    Postal Fraud 1856/62: Estancos 10 c. blue, a diagonally bisected example, previously cancelled prior to application, used on 13 November 1860 cover to Santiago tied by bold target handstamp in black; straight line "CURICO" despatch handstamp alongside in black. A rare example of the Postmaster defrauding the Postal authorities or perhaps pre-cancelled on despatch and tied on arrival. Rare and most unusual. Signed A. Diena. Cert. Moorhouse (2010).
