    1880: Registered cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople showing "RECOMMANDEE" and "FRANCO" in green, together with all cyrillic "POSTA / PLOVDIV" cds (Tchilinghirian fig.77) at left. Reverse with Constantinople arrival cds (March 6) in blue. Flap tears repaired and small part of front of envelope filled but a very scarce usage. Opinion Todd (2015).
