    Vera Cruz 1856: ½ r. blue, a very fine used example of rich colour with large margins all round, tied to 1856 cover to Vera Cruz by gothic dated "ALBARDO / Noviembre-3-1856" handstamp in black (Schatzkes fig. 1763 - this being the cover the illustration was drawn from).
