    1884 (Oct 29): Double rate Registered Lettersheet from Foggia to Cerignola, bearing a 'Two Kings' mixed franking of 1866 Vittorio Emanuele Torino printing 40 c. rose-carmine in combination with 1879 Umberto 10 c. carmine and 20 c. orange, tied by barred '79' numeral obliterator with FOGGIA despatch cds and matching registration label alongside. Reverse with arrival cds of the next day. Cover refolded but an appealing three-colour franking, cert. Sorani (1995).
