    1870: Double rate Entire letter from Loudeac to Quintin, bearing Bordeaux 20 c. blue type III report 2 in a mixed franking of same colour and denomination with Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II, fresh and fine adhesives with good to large margins and good perforation, respectively, cancelled by light Gros Chiffres '2092' lozenge, matching despatch cds (Feb 25, 1871) in black alongside. Reverse with arrival cds of the following day. Horizontal file fold away from the adhesives, nevertheless an attractive franking to pay the double letter rate. Cert. E. Diena (1981).
