    1831 (Feb 19): Entire letter from Arequipa to Valparaiso endorsed "Por Lima", carried outside the Mails and struck with oval framed "Acheminée par / MARTENET BARROT / & COMP a Lima" Forwarding Agent's cachet in black (very early for a Peruvian Agent). Internal docketing of receipt (April 19). Scarce and very fine.
