    RMSP 1866: Cover from Bogotá to London at double rate, franked by 1865 20 c. blue tied by oval framed BOGOTÁ handstamp in black. Reverse, seal removed, with single ring SANTA MARTHA British P.O. cds (March 2) and carried on the Steamer "Solent" to St. Thomas and thence by the "Tasmanian" to Southampton. London arrival (March 10) on reverse and charged "2/-" due to pay in manuscript. Illustrated in Edition D'Or 59 on page 145. A scarce stamp on mail overseas.
