    1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued paper, lettered OL, a fine used example with large margins all round (note horizontal guideline from right of 'L' in lower right square), tied to 1844 embossed Ladies's envelope from Neath to Manchester tied by '540' numeral obliterator in black. Backstamped at Neath (Dec 20) and on arrival in Manchester (Dec 21) in black. A charming cover.
