    1873 (Aug 9): Great Britain 1865 4 d. vermilion pl. 13 - note flaw in right hand '13' plate number, applied over Venezuelan P.O. blurred 'Correos / La Guaira' datestamp, on 1873 cover from La Guayra to Vera Cruz, Mexico tied by bold strike of the "C60" obliterator with single ring "La-Guayra" cds alongside (Aug 9) in black. Fresh and very fine.
