    Bahia 1867 (Dec 28): Great Britain 1858/69 2 d. blue pl. 9 and 1867 6 d. lilac pl. 6 used on 1867 entire letter from Bahia to Montevideo, Drabble correspondence, endorsed 'pr. Oneida' tied by fine strike of the "C81" obliterator in black with single ring BAHIA cds adjacent (Dec 29). The letter mentions enclosures of invoices and thus the higher rate applied.
