    Stamp Shortage 1890: Antigua 1884/87 1 d. rose in a block of twelve (6 x 2) used on 1890 cover to St. John's, Antigua tied by six strikes of the Basseterre "A12" obliterator with 'St. Kitts' despatch cds below (Feb 28) in black. Reverse with 'Antigua' arrival cds (March 1).
