    Surcharged by 'The West Indian Press' 1892 (July 11): Provisional ½ d. on 4 d. deep brown, a used example paying the Printed Circular rate on 1892 cover to Nova Scotia tied by 'Barbados' bootheel duplex (July 27), and an up-rated "½d." in violet on 1 d. pink stationery envelope used in 1893 to London with two pairs of the ½ d. on 4 d. deep brown provisional (May 7). A scarce issue on letter.
