    1919 (July 4): 'War Tax' on 3 d. black & brown, an unused example, marginal from right of sheet, with variety "Double Print at Base", presumably where a sheet was stopped during printing, the lower part of the stamp showing Duty Plates and THREE PENCE being doubly printed, fine, large part og. Normal for comparison, a rare and most unusual variety.
