    1871: Cover from Karlovac to Belgrad, bearing Engraved 5 kr. red, in good colour and with normal perforation, tied by KARLOVAC - KARLSTADT cds of April 1872. Reverse with Semlin transit cds and "BEOGRAD 16 / IV" arrival cds. A fine presentation of the special rate of 5 kr., which was in force since October 1869 between Hungary and Serbia only, not between Austria and Serbia. It was, thereby, identical to the Imperial rate.
