    The Paddle Steamer 'Thyra'. Despite its luxurious accomodation, the Thyra was not swift and was prone to breaking down. The Steamer's ownership changed many times during it's career (1874-1893) in Finland, finally being sold on 6 December 1893 to Beljaeff & Co. in St. Petersburg.rnrnCoastal Ships - Helsingfors Area - Skärgårds Ångbåts Aktiebolag 1884: Paddlesteamer S.S.Thyra, lithographed 10 penni dull vermilion, perf. 11½, the famous used example cancelled by "Helsingfors" circular datestamp (9/6/87) in black.
