    1867: Registered Wrapper with complete content mailed within St. Julien-en-Genevois bearing Napoléon laureated 30 c. brown black, a fine right marginal example with fresh colour and good perforation, tied by light despatch cds (Aug. 24, ..), CHARGÉ in red on the wrapper. Correct franking for non-periodical printed matter plus 20 c. registration fee, a rarely seen usage of a datestamp on a high value definitive. Signed R. Goebel.
