    1867: Cover despatched at the railway line Lyon to Paris and directed to London, bearing Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II and 30 c. blackish-brown (2), all with fresh colour, tied by 'LP' lozenge, superb despatch "LYON A PARIS 21 MAI 70" cds as well as framed "P.D." and "LONDON PAID 23 MY 70" cds, both in red alongside, reverse with ambulant cds. The 20 c. with corner fault, nevertheless an appealing double rate franking to the United Kingdom.
