    1868: Cover from Angers to Stockholm, bearing Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II, a horizontal pair and strip of three, fresh multiples, tied by Gros Chiffres '99' lozenge, clear despatch cds (June 28, 70) and framed PD in red alongside. Some nibbed perforations, nevertheless a fine double rate item to Sweden one month prior to the Franco-Prussian War.
