    1885: '50' st. on 1 fr. black on red, lithographed surcharge, used on registered 1898 cover to Budapest tied by bilingual ROUSTCHOUK cds (Dec 13) in black. Registration cachet at left and reverse with Budapest arrival cds (Dec 27). A late usage but paying the correct rate, file fold well away from the rare adhesive. Cert.
