    1844 (Nov 14): Cover from Paris to Bogotá, carried outside the Mails with reverse displaying Forwarding Agent's "Reciba en Santa Martai encaminada...Francis Pinio", and struck with framed DE ULTRAMAR and oval framed "SANTAMARTA. / DEBE." despatch with "4" reales charge mark all in red. Some soiling but a scarce and attractive cover.
