    Vilayet of Andrinople / Eastern Thrace 1892: 20 pa. claret in a horizontal pair used on reverse of 1899 cover from Demir-Keui-Samakoovçhuk to Pera, tied by bold strike of circular "SAMAKOVÇUK TELEGRAF VE POSTA SUBESI 300" negative seal handstamp in violet (Coles & Walker unlisted).
