    Austrian offices in Constantinople 1865c (Feb 7): Double rate cover from Constantinople to Beyrouth, franked by 1864 5 s. rose, 10 s. blue (2) and 15 s. brown, all perf. 9½, four fresh and well embossed adhesives, tied by clear "LLOYD AGENZIE COSTANTINOPOLI 7 / 2" cds's (Tchilinghirian fig. 446) in black. "BERUTTI 17 / 2" arrival datestamp in red alongside. Light horizontal filing fold affecting the 5 soldi stamp, some shortened perfs, nevertheless a desirable item with this three colour franking.
