    Consular Post offices 1836: Entire Letter from Bucharest endorsed 'par Vienne' to Livorno, Tuscany struck with clear oval ornamental "BUKUREST / IN DER WALACHEY" handstamp (Müller 2008c = 180 points; Tchilinghirian fig. 706) in black and oval "VON / HERMANNSTADT / FRANCO" transit handstamp in red. Reverse with Rothenturm 'SIGILLIUM  SANITATIS' disinfection and additional partial LAZZERETTO strike as well as arrival datestamp, charged '14' kreuzer due for Austria. Some imperfections with upper flap detached, but a rare and attractive cover, illustrated and discussed in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 135.
