    1880 (Aug 22): India 1865 1 a. brown in a horizontal pair, 2 a. orange and 1873 ½ a. blue, Die II, all used on 1880 mourning envelope with complete original contents written from the 'S.S. Nyanza' at Zanzibar to Lady Scott Douglas in Edinburgh, tied by three bold strikes of the "BRITISH / P.O. / ZANZIBAR / B" in rectangle of bars duplex in black (Aug 23). Reverse with ADEN cds (Sept 2) and Edinburgh arrival cds (Sept 16).
