    1866 (March 1): Great Britain 1862 6 d. lilac, a used example on 1866 cover from Gibraltar to Guildford endorsed 'per first Steamer' tied by bold strike of the "A26" obliterator with GIBRALTAR despatch cds alongside (March 1). The fine adhesive also tied framed PAID / LIVERPOOL / SHIP datestamp (March 16) in red with circular "PAID / LONDON SHIP LETTER" cds in red adjacent (March 17) and Guildford arrival on reverse. Horizontal file fold but a lovely cover.
