    1866 (Sept 15): Combination usage to Soerabaja, Netherlands East Indies: Saxony 5 ngr. violet postal stationery envelope endorsed 'via Triest', up-rated with ½ ngr. orange, 1 ngr. red and 5 ngr. lilac, two examples (Michel U19A+15a+16+19), all tied by fine strikes of circular "11" network obliterators in black with corresponding ALTENBURG datestamp (Sept 15) at left paying the 16½ ngr. rate via Triest with weiterfranko '13½' rate in blue crayon. Great Britain 1865 1 s. green applied at upper right and tied by "BO1" obliterator in black with corresponding ALEXANDRIA datestamp (Sept 25) alongside. Reverse with oval 'Triest' transit (Sept 18), double ring SINGAPORE datestamp in red and 'Soerabaija' arrival datestamp (Nov 7) in red.
