    1830 (Jan 28): Entire letter from Mexico City to Belfast, Ireland endorsed 'per H.M.B. Mutine' with large wax seal on reverse and superb strike of "MEXICO" fleuron applied in Falmouth in bright green and arrival datestamp (April 19) in red. Rated '3/6d.' due on receipt in manuscript. A wonderful strike of a very scarce handstamp.
