    Recess by Perkins Bacon 1851/55: Perkins Bacon (1 d.) brownish grey on blued paper, a used example with large margins all round on 1853 cover to Port of Spain, tied by bold "2" numeral obliterator of San Fernando in black. Reverse with despatch cds (2 / June 16) in black. File fold and spike hole on front panel but scarce.
