    1887/89: 1 d. rose a single example used on 1889 1 d. red on buff postal stationery card addressed to Jersey, cancelled by two strikes of the "A91" obliterator with "Tortola" cds at left (July 3) in black. Reverse with 'Jersey' arrival cds (July 20) and interesting message "There are no new provisionals since then...". Fine appearance and very scarce.
