    1879: 10 c. carmine and 20 c. orange used on 1890 cover to Tunis tied by '3051' numeral obliterator with circular 'Tripoli Di Barberie / Poste Italiane' cds alongside. Reverse with 'Tunisi' arrival cds (Sept 26) in black. Closed cover tear at top but an attractive and scarce usage. Signed Vaccari.
