    Outgoing to Romania 1883: Registered cover from Kerkyra to Bucharest bearing Meshed paper printings 1871/76 40 l. dull olive-green on blue with fair to large margins, tied by Kerkyra despatch cds (April 26), framed registration handstamp alongside, reverse with Triest transit and Bucuresci arrival (May 12) cds's. Cover opened on three sides for presentation, some edge wear and toning, but an interesting double rate usage with twice 30 lepta for the postage and 20 lepta fee for the registration Hellas 42/Ia.
