"G" in black, Type 12, used on 1878 cover, with complete contents dated Feb 19, to Emil Burmester in Cape Town tied by double arc KIMBERLEY datestamp in black (Feb 19). 'Cape Town / Cape Colony' arrival cds (Feb 25) at left. Reverse with sender's 'Thos. R. Hellaby / Kimberley / South Africa / Law, Commission & General Agent' cachet in violet. Some minor aging to perforations at right and edge wear but a fine and scarce cover.
