    Wide Setting 1900 (April 10): Baden-Powell 3 d. pale blue on blued horizontally laid paper, an unused example with vertical line of marginal watermark, position 9 on the sheet of twelve subjects, showing pronounced late state of the "Cracked Plate" flaw running diagonally at the top of the stamp and "Circular Flaw" on the vignette with leaving a circulr white line, perhaps caused by a moustache hair of eyelash on the glass, the flaw here touching the right ear, eye and moustache.Fresh colour and fine, large part og.
