Pirie-Gordon RNVR 1916 (May 7): 2½ d. mauve, on thin wove paper, a fine unused example with good margins all round, initialled in violet indelible pencil, unused as issued. A very rare stamp with just 24 examples issued. Signed Peter Holcombe Gi = £ 3'000.
