    New Guinea, Stamps of Australia overprinted 1915/16: Registered Cover from Kawieng to the German Charity Organization in Stockholm, Sweden bearing KGV 1 d. pale rose, two examples with type b ovpt and a block of four with type a ovpt, tied by KAWIENG (5 DE 17) cds's to large format envelope showing handwritten registration number '440' and notion "Letter for enemy country enclosed" alongside, censored and re-sealed with censorship strip, reverse with sender address "H. Miesterfeld / Kapsu, PO Kawieng via Rabaul" and arrival (20. 2. 19) cds. The sender was administrator of the Neu-Guinea-Kompagnie trading company in Herbertshöhe, Kapsu is situated on New Ireland island.
