'UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION' (Higgins & Gage 13), unused reply part still attached, the indicium cancelled with Duplex "MELBOURNE NO 3 93 / VICTORIA" datestamp, sent to "Dr. Ambriel, médécin Pal à bord de la 'Triomphante' / Escadre française de l'Extreme Orient / Saigon Cochinchine", transit Colombo (Nov 22) on front, reverse with Singapore (Dec 6) transit and Saigon Central (Dec 9, 93) arrival cds's. Fine usage of the first provisional Victoria reply card.
