    1840: Mulready 2 d. blue letter-sheet, Stereo a91, a used example from Kelso to Edinburgh cancelled by Maltese Cross in red with, displaying well on reverse, framed "Kelso" despatch (23 July 1840) in red with Edinburgh arrival of the following day alongside. Vertical file fold but an attractive usage Gi ME3 = £ 2'400.
