    1858: 40 parale greenish blue on white paper, two fine examples with good to large margins, cancelled lightly by "JASSY MOLDOVA" cds, detached an used to fraud the postal services a second time on lettersheet from Berlad to Jassy, tied by "BERLAD MOLDOVA 26/9" cds's in blue with italic RECEPISSE at left, reverse with "JASSY MOLDOVA 29/9 arrical cds. The Handbook I describes on pp. 175/176 only about ten such postal fraud usages, this being a very fresh and pristine example, cert. Heimbüchler (2000).
