    1853/56: Unpaid covers (2) from Galatz to Genova, earlier entire with two line GALLATZ / 12 MAI despatch (Tchilinghirian fig. 741), disinfected at Alt-Orsova with manuscript "Gerauschert den 15 May 1853" on reverse displaying well, thence via 'Pesth' (18/5) to Genova; 1856 cover  with GALLATZ / 23 APR datestamp in black, disnfected with 14 chisel slits at Hermannstadt (2/5) with italic "D.A.a.L." in red on front (Diritto Austriaco austriache Lire) with '20' charge adjacent. A fine pair.
