    Austrian Post Office in Chios (Cesme) 1908: 10 heller rose-carmine, a horizontal pair used on 1912 cover from Cesme to Dresden tied by bold strikes of STAMBUL / ÖSTERR. LLOYD datestamps in red (4.V.12). Perforations at tad blunted at top but scarce. Signed Hochleutner.
