    Austrian P.O. in Rustschuk 1864: Arms 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used on 1868 registered cover from Rustschuk / Ruse to Vienna tied by circular RUSTSCHUK datestamps (7/12) and straight line RECOM struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 876, 882) alongside registration docket number. Reverse with part datestamp of receipt in black. Slight stain from gum of the 15 s. but a fresh and fine cover that displays well. Just four registered covers from this period in Bulgaria are recorded. Signed Pfenninger. Opinion Todd (2014).rnrn
