    Austrian P.O. in Philippopolis 1867/78: 10 s. blue, three single examples used on 1880 registered cover bilingually addressed, mailed from Plovdiv / Philippopolis to Constantinople all tied by bold FILIPOPOLI circular datestamps (2/4) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 868). Reverse (bearing one 10 s. for registration) and three line dated 'Constantinopel' cds of receipt (3/4) in black. Small faults with flap tears stuck down but scarce and attractive: unusual usage after Independence.
