    Recess at Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon Plates - Estancos 1856/61: 10 c. deep blue, a fine used example with clear to large margins all round and portion of adjoining stamp at left, used on 1861 cover from Concepcion to Santiago endorsed 'Por Vapor', tied by scarce 'Cancelled' obliterator struck in blue with corresponding CONCEPCION datestamp alongside (Oct 5) in same ink.
