Recess by Henri Gillet from Perkins Bacon Plates 1854 (April): 5 c. Burnt Siena, wmk. pos. 4, a used horizontal strip of four with ample to large margins on three sides and just shaved at left, of excellent vibrant colour and lightly cancelled in black. Reverse with remainder of ink from the original cover. A charming and excessively rare multiple. Cert.
