    1903: Provisional Issue 10 c. vermilion with handstamped "Vale 25cs" in violet, tied to reverse of envelope to Clermont Ferrand, France by double circle "Fiscalia de Instrucción Publica Estado Guayana" in violet and signed "Carrasco" in manuscript. Obverse with circular 'D. Moralejo & Co. / Trinidad' Forwarding Agent cachet in red (Jan 28) and 'Port of Spain / Trinidad' cds in black of the same day with Clermont Ferrand arrival verso.
