    1865/72: ½ r. ultramarine, single example used with two 1 r. green horizontal pairs, all with good to large margins all round, tied to 1866 judicial folded cover to Riobamba by three strikes of the "Quito / Franca" circular despatch datestamp (March 7) in black. Third 1 real with "ECUADUR" plate variety. A fresh and fine cover.
