    1864/67: Rivadavia 5 c. brown-rose, perf. 11½, a used example on cover to Chivilcoy endorsed 'con un paquetito' at top, tied by unusual usage of oval framed fancy "Franco" handstamp in blue of the Mensagerias Argentinas Company.
