    1864/77: 1 d. carmine, a fine example used on 1892 cover from Bathurst tied by scarce octagonal framed “51” numeral handstamp in black. ‘Port Alfred’ transit cds adjacent (July 13) and reverse with Port Elizabeth arrival cds (July 14). Some light spotting but a scarce and attractive usage.rn
