    1862: Cover from Braila probably locally used, struck with latin two line dated handstamp BRAILA / JAN 12 in bright greenish blue (Kiriac fig. 236), used during the 'Cyrillic' cancellation period, recorded in use by Dragomir Kiriac between March 1861 and June 1862 only.
